More Staffing was built by ecommerce operators who experienced the limits of freelance marketplaces and generic staffing models firsthand. We source specifically for your role, assess operational fit, and stay involved through onboarding and workflow integration.
What does the managed model cost?
Managed support is $1,000/month per full-time hire or $500/month for part-time, plus a $500 one-time engagement fee per role. Your hire’s salary is separate and paid to the talent. More Staffing does not take a cut from what your hire earns. Even with the service fee, both managed and placement models typically run 60 to 80% below equivalent US-based hires.
What is included in the managed model?
More Staffing handles the operational layer around the hire: payroll management, compliance support, onboarding guidance, performance check ins, professional coaching, community support, and replacement coverage for the full duration of the managed role.
