What does the managed model cost?

Managed support is $1,000/month per full-time hire or $500/month for part-time, plus a $500 one-time engagement fee per role. Your hire’s salary is separate and paid to the talent. More Staffing does not take a cut from what your hire earns. Even with the service fee, both managed and placement models typically run 60 to 80% below equivalent US-based hires.

What is included in the managed model?

More Staffing handles the operational layer around the hire: payroll management, compliance support, onboarding guidance, performance check ins, professional coaching, community support, and replacement coverage for the full duration of the managed role.
