Does this work for non-ecommerce acquisitions?
Yes — most of what we do is service businesses, home services, local B2B, and professional services. We place operators across any acquisition type: ops managers, bookkeepers, EAs, project managers, CX leads. Ecommerce is one vertical we serve, not the primary one.
Is this a VA service or something different?
Different. We place degree-qualified operators — not generalist virtual assistants. Average placement: 5+ years of relevant experience, C1-level English, role-specific skills assessment. These are people who own a function, not a task list.
What timezone do your placements work in?
We match to your timezone or ensure at least four hours of overlap. Most hires work US business hours. This is confirmed during the intake call.
How is this different from Upwork or OnlineJobs.ph?
You never post a job or review applications. We source specifically for your role, run the vetting, shortlist two or three candidates, and stay involved after they start. You just do the final interview and make the decision.
What if the hire doesn't work out?
Every placement comes with a 1-year replacement guarantee. If it's not working at any point in the first year, we replace them at no extra cost. We stay involved after placement — this isn't a job board transaction.
