About More Staffing

We started this because we lived it.

More Staffing was built from firsthand operator experience. We saw what happens when exceptional Filipino talent is paired with real systems, clear workflows, and structured support. That combination changed how we think about hiring and scale.

Operator to Operator

Great talent needs real systems.

Offshore hiring works best when the person, the workflow, and the support structure are designed together. That is the foundation More Staffing was built on.

A Letter from Our Founder

From operator to operator.

I was running an apparel startup when the pandemic hit. Like a lot of founders, I was wearing every hat across ops, finance, and customer service. Hiring offshore professionals from the Philippines helped keep the business moving during a difficult stretch.

What stood out was not just cost efficiency. It was the operational lift. The talent was strong, but the real unlock came when those hires were paired with documented workflows, clear escalation paths, and structured oversight. That is when people became productive faster and the whole system started to work.

That experience shaped More Staffing. We built it for operators who need more than a resume and a start date. They need talent deployed inside a hiring process that actually sets people up to produce.

Our Philosophy

Great hiring is not about resumes. It is about systems.

Talent alone does not create leverage. Structure does.

Strong hires fail inside weak workflows. Great people still need clear ownership, good documentation, and enough context to make sound decisions. That is why More Staffing is built around both the talent and the operating environment around that talent.

Speed matters

Hiring delays slow growth.

The right process should move fast enough to create momentum, while still protecting quality and fit.

Retention starts early

Longevity starts before day one.

Better onboarding, better expectations, and better support create stronger retention and better performance.

Leadership

The people behind More.

Why the Philippines

Why the Philippines became the center of our model.

The Philippines continues to be one of the most compelling talent markets for founders building remote teams. Strong English communication, cultural alignment, operational discipline, and remote readiness all make it a natural fit for growing companies that need dependable support.

English fluency

Clear communication from day one.

Filipino professionals are widely recognized for strong written and verbal English, which makes day to day collaboration smoother across distributed teams.

Cultural alignment

Easy to work with across Western teams.

Longstanding ties to US business culture mean stronger familiarity with responsiveness, team communication, and service standards.

Depth of talent

Experience across core business functions.

The market includes professionals with strong backgrounds in operations, customer service, finance, and creative execution across global businesses.

Remote readiness

Built for overlap and global work.

Filipino talent is already deeply integrated into remote work environments, with strong adaptability to timezone overlap and distributed team norms.

Behind the Work

Behind every placement is a team working quietly in the background.

More Staffing is not just a front end hiring brand. There is a real team behind the search, the vetting, the coordination, and the follow through. That is part of what clients are actually buying. Not just candidate access, but a stronger process behind every hire.

If you are building a team, we should talk.

One conversation can clarify where your next hire creates the most leverage, what the right role actually is, and how to avoid the delays and guesswork that usually come with hiring.

1. 30 minute strategy call to map your operations.
2. Clear hiring direction with role, scope, and expected leverage.
3. A managed process that moves from sourcing to onboarding with less friction.
